La figura introdotta, affiancata e supportata dai responsabili tecnici, dovrà fornire l’assistenza tecnica nella configurazione e nell’utilizzo del prodotto attraverso chat, Facebook, telefono, sistema di ticketing.
PROFILO RICERCATO:
Ottimo italiano parlato e scritto (min B2)
Conoscenza della lingua inglese
Utente avanzato nell’uso del PC
Gradita pregressa esperienza tecnica negli ambiti di TLC / VoIP, Networking, Linux
Buona velocitĂ di apprendimento
Massima disponibilitĂ e motivazione
CONDIZIONI DI LAVORO:
Stipendio fisso a seconda dell’esperienza
Orari di lavoro: 10:00 – 19:00 (un’ora per pausa pranzo)
