People Operations Director (offline)

Responsibilities:

Implementation of HR methodologies, in particular performance evaluation technologies, addressing the needs of business;
Communication with projects on HR processes, coordination of processes implementation and further development;
Managing a team of analysts and managers to create implementation roadmaps and tracking progress;
Identification of areas for improvement of people management processes and creating solutions;
Be responsible for Internal communications (including senior management communication strategy) and eNPS (employee NPS) of company.

What we are looking for:

BA/MS in Management/Business/HR-related field (preferably);
Experience in Operations/HR/Project management in fast-growing companies - 5 years minimum;
Efficiency-driven with strong business acumen;
Knowledge of HR processes and proven track record of implementation;
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to challenge conventional approaches and persuade stakeholders.
