Recruiter (offline)

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Deep understanding of researching and recruiting processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
Sufficient understanding of technology, professional jargon to vacancies analyze, "read" a resume and maintain communication
Intermediate level of English is a must (written and spoken)
High level of self-organization

Responsibilities:

Implementation and optimization recruitment process
The full recruitment life cycle of technical and non technical positions
Creating complete and detailed job descriptions according to job responsibilities and business requirements
Coordinating and conducting interviews
Maintaining recruitment-related reports
Coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision-makers
Participating in the development and maintenance HR policy of the company
Providing job market research and analysis
