Team Lead/Tech Lead (offline)

Duties and responsibilities:
- Be a member of an agile team that owns the development for a specific client or platform
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Coach and help develop team members; help resolve personal and technical obstacles
- Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them
- Responsible for distributing information to team members
- Collaborate with development team, product owners and managers, and business stakeholders to implement new features
- Application architecture solution
- Involving in front-end and back-end development by using React.js, Redux and Typescript and Node.js with related frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js)
- Building RESTful APIs
- Develop fully functional application components writing clean, testable code
- Assist with database development preferably PostgreSQL

Required:
- 5+ years of proven experience with programming languages
- 2+ years of proven experience with Node.js, React.js and TypeScript programming
- Proven experience leading a team
- Experience with microservice or at least with service-oriented architecture
- Excellent communication skills (Upper-Intermediate - Advanced English)
- Experience working with Scrum, Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, git
- Experience with Git(using GitFlow)
