2+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst;
Strong knowledge of BA tasks and techniques;
Knowledge of the fintech domain;
Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis, and optimization;
Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN);
Technical background (knowledge of the basics of programming, testing algorithms, the ability to read and — - - work with technical documentation);
Excellent analytical skills;
Rational/systems thinker;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
Upper-Intermediate English level (strong intermediate).

Evaluation of the projects;
Customers interviewing;
SRS/BRD writing;
Structuring and improvement of technical documentation (internal and client’s); Keeping technical — documentation updated;
Continual improvement of technical documentation;
Evaluation of business analysis processes and continuously improve it. Establishing and following requirements lifecycle processes;
Participating in building business analysis processes;
Identifying and defining business needs and goals;
Active collaboration with stakeholders to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs.
