We are looking for professional Web Designer to join our Product Management Department and make a huge impact on our own product development and implementation.

Responsibility:
Create Landing Pages and Sales Pages design
Create Personas, User Stories, User Flow, Sitemap, Wireframes, Prototypes, User Interactions, and Design Production
Create powerful emotional impact with design
Prepare a design for a development production
Implement data-driven edits as a result of tests
Create design libraries, automate and improve workflow
Work close with CPO, developers, and marketers
Skills:
High empathy level
Understanding of behaviour patterns
User psychology understanding and manipulating
Understanding of Dark UI / UX patterns
Web Design Guidelines knowledge
User Flowaa
Wire-framing
Prototyping
Usability Testing
Sitemap
Emotional Marketing design
Web and Mobile Design experience ( >3 years )
Knowledge of Fintech will be a huge plus
Required Tools:
Figma, Sketch, Miro

You know how to create high converting user flow, highlight selling points, understand UX and dark UI/UX patterns
You clear understand web and mobile design guidelines

You can wrap up any product in design
You are passionate about psychology research, user experience and know who is Don Norman :)
