Senior Python Engineer (offline)

DESCRIPTION
The system digitizes paper stock certificates along with stock options, warrants, and derivatives to create a real-time picture of who owns what at a startup. Our client is building the global ownership management platform and helps companies, investors, and employees manage equity.

Our customer has a unique culture of close teamwork across Engineering, Product, and Business. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to quickly contribute mission-critical code and help to shape fundamental aspects of the service.

Our client starts off several new projects, one of them is a wallet to receive, store, and send money. It’s the infrastructure that underpins money movement on our client.
The goal for 1st phase - create a solution that allows startups and investors to best tack, manage and transact equities. Provide transparency, flexibility, and speed in all transactions.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively participate in the whole development process, from initial design up to launching the product
Work within a team of developers to complete proposed initiatives, contributing application architecture and implementation guidance
Follow and contribute to agile development processes
Strong communication skills


REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of production experience
Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of RDBMS, well versed with SQL, will be required for source data analysis/ extraction
- Python with GCP APIs liks BigQuery, GCS and Dataflow
- Big Query
- Cloud Dataflow will be good to have
- Google DLP API
- Apache nifi
- Cloud Composer
- Scripting on python and general bash scripts
- Knowledge of using Git as version repository tool

Good to have :
Knowledge of any additional ETL tool(like Informatica) and Contrl-M (Not Mandatory)
Knowledge of implementing CICD pipelines on GCP using tools like Cloud Build, Spinnaker, Terraform
