Customer Support / Risk Specialist $900-1250

So we’re looking for a top-notch specialist with the following experience:
— 1+ years of experience customer service in a help desk, service desk,
technical support
— 1+ risk management experience in the payments industry, and
multidisciplinary experience in risk is a plus
— Experience providing remote support for the client, server, mobile, and
web-based applications
— Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
— Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian languages is a must
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
— Flexibility to occasional shifts
Would be an advantage:
— Excellent problem investigation and solving skills
— Design, implement, oversee, and manage the risk management plan
— Experience using Live chat software (Intercom) and/or investigation tools (LinkedIn, Hooyu, DataBase)
— Diploma, certificates, or other IT designations
What you’ll be doing:
— Daily supporting internal customers all over the world, handling complaints and payment issues
— Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
— Collaborating with other teams to drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes
— Identify and investigate any suspicious activity
— Redirecting problems to an appropriate resource
— Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
— Review and analyze online transactions to identify any potentially
fraudulent activity
