We invite you, a highly-motivated & result-oriented Helpdesk/System Specialist to join our team on a full-time position.

Your main responsibilities:

Prompt technical support for office and remote employees;
Preparation of new workstations for employees;
Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment;
Configuration and administration of office networks;
Control of user access to systems;

What we expect from you:

At least 2-year work experience in a similar position;
Highly experienced in HelpDesk troubleshooting and problem-solving;
Skills of installation, configuration and administration of Windows 10, Office 365;
Experience in working with network equipment, its purchase, configuration and support;
Understanding the principles of the network services (DNS, DHCP, AD, VPN, IP), network, firewall;
Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure;
Experience in DevOps or desire to develop such skills is a big plus
At least Intermediate level of English;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Fast & self-learner, team player, organized and responsible, dynamic, motivated.
