QA Team Leader (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Lead the QA-Ops team
• Serve as a hands-on focal point for testers
• Monitor the progress of the team's tasks and quality
• Define the test plans and strategies
• Support the roll-out process across all customer’s environments
• Manage tier 3 support processes
• Collaborating with Developers, IT and additional Tech entities
• Maintain frequent communication with US customers to reflect statuses and resolve blockers
• Manage defects: investigating, reporting, and tracking them to resolution
• Define and implement the automation procedures, processes and scripts used for the regression tests as part of roll-out cycles

Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing a QA team – Must
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills – Must
• At least 2 years of real working experience in testing web applications and Client/Server applications – Must
• Experience in writing test documents (STP, STD) – Must
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar – An advantage
• Experience with automation testing methodologies and principles
• Knowledge in MS-SQL
• Hard working, responsible, meticulous, details-oriented, excellent learning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the entire software development life-cycle
• Excellent English
