PHP Team Lead (offline)

Does this relate to you?
1+ years of development team leadership
3+ years of development in either PHP or JS programming languages
Real experience with SOLID, KISS, MVC and other contemporary practices
Excellent knowledge of SDLC
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies: Kanban and Scrum
Working skills with GitLab, SSH, Jira / Confluence, Slack
Strong knowledge of Gitflow, Unix stack, SQL, REST API
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good problem-solving and quick decisions making skills

It will be a plus:
Experience in the fintech domain
CSM or PMI-ACP Certified
Automation experience
Upper-Intermediate English level

What is the purpose of this position?
Areas of responsibility:
Development team management
Keeping a team within SDLC
Code review and code merge
Code development (lesser)

Your tasks will include:
Agile routines management: Standups, Grooming, Retrospectives
Kanban board management
Tasks estimations and review
Help team members
Hiring / dismissing team members
Team members motivation
Setting and monitoring performance metrics over the team
Reporting on team performance
Maintaining team capacity
Team coaching and mentoring
