(Senior) Technical Onboarding / Customer Success Manager (offline)

Your tasks:
- Responsible for setting up and leading a customer onboarding team
- Responsible for customer onboarding for our apps smartPeople and smartPlan
- Configure our apps according to clients needs
- Optimize existing onboarding processes for the clients
- Full responsibility for internal quality management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participation in the creation of training materials, e.g. help center articles or explanatory videos
- Participation in fine-tuning our applications based on client feedback and needs

Your profile:
- Experience in B2B software environment
- Software affinity
- Business acumen
- Capable of managing different stakeholders
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- German is a plus
- Understanding of HR domain is a plus
