Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
3+ years of commercial experience on position/role of Business Analyst
excellent communication skills, proactivity, conflicts resolving, logical thinking, structural approach
ability to operate with requirements of different level of detail and clarity (functional decomposition; requirements specification modelling)
work with various modelling techniques (ERD, Class diagram, Context diagram, Activity diagram, Use-case diagram, State diagram)
understanding of solution architecture design principles
understanding of UX principles and ability to prototype on a basic level (Balsamiq, Figma etc.)

Would be a Plus:
experience in participating in pre-sales activities
past development experience, work on PM positions

Responsibilities:
Elicit business and product objectives with external and internal stakeholders and translate into the solution and implementation requirements;
Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes;
Decompose and elaborate requirements according to business priorities;
Prepare technical backlog with developers and take part in sprint planning, support functionality till production;
Communicate requirements to the development team on the required level of details.
