Customer support representative (offline)

Our company provides web services and e-commerce solutions to customers in Europe and USA.

Set of skills we are looking for:

*Fluent English is a must (C1,C2);
*Superior communication skills (written and verbal);
*Excellent listening and problem solving skills;
*Multitasking, ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently;
*Reading comprehension and attention to detail;
*Awareness of business etiquette;
*Thinking outside the box;
*Self-discipline and patience;
*Basic sales skills is a benefit;
*Experience with tools like Zendesk, VoIP, etc., is preferred.

Key Tasks:

*Live chat, email and phone support;
*Consult clients about service, features, payment options, etc.;
*Troubleshoot various operational issues;
*Make warm calls;
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Working schedule:

Morning shift: 7:00β€”15:00;
Day shift: 15:00β€”23:00;
Night shift: 23:00β€”7:00.
At least one night shift per week is obligatory.
