Middle IT Recruiter (offline)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring
- Ensure active search of candidates using different sources and search techniques;
- Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements;
- Planning, organizing and conducting interviews;
- Constantly improve and optimize the recruitment process;
- Maintaining of the ATS so that it reflects up to date recruitment status and process;
- Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain the database of candidates and recruitment related reports;
- Consult customer and support delivery, engagement during pre-sales and project initiation phase.
- Labor market monitoring and analysis
- Stay informed on the latest trends and innovative talent acquisition techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art talent acquisition practices.
- New employee orientation organizing;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
Promote Company employer brand to both internal and external audiences.

Requirements to the candidate:
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter);
- Experience in filling vacancies of different levels and profiles;
- Excellent time management skills to process a large amount of information and ability to multitask;
- Understanding of software development life-cycle and IT market;
- Understanding the technical aspects of different positions (technologies, programming languages);
- Ability to work with various tools for the candidate search;
- High level of responsibility;
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
