HR Generalist (offline) to $2200

What will you do
Closing different IT positions (Middle/Senior Level) and participating in all stages of the recruiting process.
Taking part in HR policy creation and monitoring of implementation;
Perform all procedures related to employees’ onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth;
Organizing onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month);
Explaining company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
Performance review, 360 organizing/moderation;
Employee’s mood monitoring (conducting 1-to-1 meetings & providing action plans). Staff risks & value assessments;
Employee offboarding, conducting an exit interview and giving feedback;
Help with strengthening the employer brand of the company by digital channels;
Plan and organize participation in external events (conferences, workshops, job fairs, etc.), including helping, organize the participation of our speakers at external thematic events in order to promote the employer’s brand;


What do we expect from you
Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques;
3+ year experience in HR Manager/IT Recruiter role;
Upper-intermediate English;
Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written and communication, presentation skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy;
Desire to work with people.

It Will be a plus:
It will be great if you possess coaching experience;
Experience in the IT industry.

What will you do
Manage and run the full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all levels;
Collaborating with managers and developers to compile a consistent list of requirements;
Continuously research the Ukraine Tech hiring market and recruiting industry trends;
Preliminary assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions;
Work with recruitment agencies to ensure we meet the hiring goals;
Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity;
Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company;
Develop yourself to become HR manager -> HR Director in the future if interested.
