Technical Account Manager (offline)

Your responsibilities:
— Projects management and coordination
— Operation management
— Customer relationship development via day to day communication
Requirements:
— High level of spoken and written English;
— Great interpersonal abilities;
— Experience in account management and project management in IT for at least 3 years;
— Strong service/client-oriented attitude;
— Solid understanding of change and expectations management;
— Ability to plan and execute;
— Building and maintaining operation workflows, teams of multiple levels;
