Business development manager/Targeting manager (offline)
You will oversee building a new marketing business branch from scratch. You will research, plan, prepare, and coordinate all the processes that will help us enter with a new digital marketing offers to the US market.
Our intention is to retrieve and structure collected data from numerous pixels and to rent or sell those as custom-tailored Facebook and Google audiences to the US clients, so they can get better conversion of their products and services.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for previous experience in:
Paid advertising and targeting:
You are familiar and confident how paid campaigns are launched. You targeted campaigns and created
custom audiences that increased conversion rates for your clients. You can analyze, go through collected data, and help us tailor custom audiences from dozens of websites where we gather Pixel data.
Business development:
you can ideate and strategize how new products can be introduced to the market. You are able to study and understand clients’ needs, pack our marketing products into convincing offers and help create initial product materials.
Market Research:
You can do market research, find competitors’ products, compare, target, and position our marketing solutions to
support the business growth.
Legal compliance:
You can research and dig into details on laws, regulations and privacy policies of the US and Europe to help us secure our products data collection compliance.
Strong communication and rapport:
you feel great working with C-level executives and can communicate findings in a structured and
actionable way.
Creativity:
You can ideate with and engage designers and copywriters into developing marketing resources of the new product. You are aware how to position the product, what are your audience, and what selling points are the best to convey.
Growth in diversity:
you thrive in an international environment and are driven by learning and creating new products. You feel yourself more productive and engaged with non-trivial tasks, which require deep domain research, ideation, and brainstorming
