Marketing coordinator (offline)

Currently we are searching for a person to help oversee and optimize our Marketing Activities-Marketing Coordinator who will become Super Hero for the CEO. This versatile person will perform tasks connected to different Digital Marketing areas and collaborate with many teams. We need someone who will make CEO’s life easier and will work independently and effective with future career perspectives and growth.
The ideal person will have following responsibilities and traits:
1.Coordinate work of our designers and copywriters:
You feel confident in setting
tasks, deadlines, engaging and helping projects to develop in success. Ideally, you
envision the final result, can measure their performance, A/B test and compare
performance of creatives. You feel great in helping drive your team and metrics to
the best results.
2. Oversee Infrastructure Health:
You will help our team keep marketing
infrastructure up and running, helping to resolve issues by communicating with
service providers.
3.Be an Excellent Communicator:
You will be engaged in sourcing new marketing
opportunities inside the company’s business. Market research, service provider
sourcing, and negotiating will be your main tools to succeed in helping our business
departments grow. Reaching out lawyers and legal services providers in the US to
help tailor internal documents to comply with international rules feels an exciting and
worthy challenge to you.
4.Possess Web Development knowledge:
You’re familiar with web development
process and can mediate and help launching new websites. You feel confident how
to collect website requirements, provide technical tasks and communicate among
developers, designers and copywriters.
5.Be Master of Data:
you feel confident working with various data, occasionally
cleaning visualizing or sourcing marketing datasets.
6.Have supporting attitude:
you love helping others succeed, and capable to solve
occasional requests from the team regarding the workflow, creatives, or
communication
