Ruby Architect Developer (offline)

Required skills
4 - 5 year of experience in Ruby on Rails development
A ruthless commitment to quality: unit testing is a must for critical parts
An ability to communicate clearly regarding complex issues (in English)
Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
Understanding of functional programming style in Ruby
Skills for writing reusable Ruby libraries or gems that may be used in expressive ways
Able to work in a dev-automation environment with some source control, continuous integration/delivery systems
Good understanding of HTML and CSS, including CSS pre-processors and responsive web design
Working experience with RSpec and Cucumber test frameworks
Solid understanding of RDBMS
Good understanding of REST API standards
Will be a plus: experience in writing JavaScript applications using modern client-side frameworks/libraries (React & Redux, Angular, Backbone, Vue, etc.)

Responsibilities
Follow organizational processes and best practices in an Agile team environment
Developing new functionality, suggesting improvements to the codebase and the product
Collaborating with the product owner on estimating and selecting tasks for every sprint
Writing detailed technical specifications based on user stories
Performing code reviews, approving pull requests and improving the quality of the code

Project
Online shop. Founded in 2013, it sends personalized outfits to the doorstep every month. No subscription fees. Work with cash, synchronization between internal services, work with external API, host on Heroku.
