Tech Lead (NodeJS/ReactJS) (offline)

You will join a MessageWhiz project – a platform that provides smart messaging solutions, which has lots of external customers as well as integration with internal systems. Meanwhile, there is a scope for optimization improvements, which are very often quite complicated.

Requirement experience with:

Be a technology leader in technical design and implementation;
Advise reasonable implementation solutions based on business requirements;
Be responsible for technical planning (help team in elaboration/estimation of the technical solution, clarify missing details on requirements);
Be responsible for code refactoring and performance issues resolving;
Gather, maintain and expand technological expertise within a team;
Interviewing developers;
Create technical documentation

Description of the person we see in this role:

5+ years of experience in software engineering (NodeJS/ReactJS);
2+ years of leading a small/medium size group of engineers in tech lead role (4-10 ppl);
Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, approaches to ensuring the quality of the code, approaches to the development of the architecture of high-loaded systems;
Result-oriented mindset;
Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
