Business analyst (offline)

Необходимые навыки:

0,5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirements management tools
Proficiency in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements
Experience in drafting functional / business / system requirements specifications
Experience in working with stakeholders and requirements elicitation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of business process modelling (BPMN, UML)
Experience in Business Intelligence systems and data analysis
Ability to create UI wireframes supplementing project specifications
Knowledge the basics of project & product management
Experience in working with major task tracking systems (Trello, Atlassian)
Technical background (QA, software development, or data engineering)
Experience in using SQL / NoSQL DBMS

Обязанности:

Working as a part of the BA team with the experienced mentor
Communicating with stakeholders to identify their needs and clarify requirements
Analysing, validating, grooming and documenting requirements to the web & mobile projects
Visualizing business processes and preparing data models for the software projects
Advising stakeholders on the common practices & possible solutions
Performing competitor analysis, assisting in developing product ideas
Communicating with the development team on the project development workflow
Managing the Product Backlog
