E-mail Marketing Specialist / thatpillowguy.com (offline)

The Role:
We are looking for a talented email marketing specialist to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Your main duties will include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating email marketing strategies focussed on our B2C channels.

Responsibilities include:
● Build and manage an effective email marketing program. This includes, but is not limited to customer/list segmentation, lifecycle of email campaigns, building automation programs, and creating/deploying emails to B2B and B2C channels.
● Writing direct response marketing copy for newsletters, transactional, and automation-based triggered emails.
● Working with the creative team on email templates using graphics, and personalization based on users segment and interest data.
● Analyzing previous campaign performance, and suggesting improvements.
● Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
● Creating and updating the email marketing calendar, to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
● Compile, analyze, and deliver weekly reporting and insights to improve future campaigns

Preferred:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● You understand CAN-SPAM/CASL requirements, email design standards, and inbox deliverability best practices.
● Proficiency in ActiveCampaign or Klaviyo

Qualification:
● English - Advanced
● Excellent grammar and creative writing skills
