Manual QA/PM assistant (offline)

Required skills
Verbal and written English sufficient for daily communication with the customer (Upper-intermediate)
Clear knowledge of SDLC and Agile processes
General understanding of manual software testing principles and techniques
Strong attention to details
Ability to learn fast, take responsibility for the team’s results and be proactive

Will be a plus
Project management or testing/QA experience in web development
Experience in working with CRM of any kind
Experience in working with task management systems (Jira)

Responsibilities
Assist the project manager in everyday work: planning, communicating with a client and product owners, gathering and clarifying requirements, preparing the tasks for developers and further completion control
Conduct the acceptance testing of ongoing tasks, making sure they meet the requirements or returning them to developers with a bug report
Conduct the sanity testing of the main user flows before and after every release, write and support the check-lists for such kind of tests
Follow organizational processes and best practices in an Agile team environment (and prompt others to follow them as well)
