Required skills: • 1+ year of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter for the Ukrainian market • Upper-intermediate English or above (communication with native speakers or in a foreign environment is a plus; experience in business correspondence is a plus) • Deep understanding of the software development domain • Knowledge of various recruiting tools (with emphasis on candidate searches) • Good communication and negotiation skills • Constant personal and professional improvement, being a quick learner • Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, with excellent self-motivation • Analytical skills and keen attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks • Ability to meet deadlines
