Required skills: β’ 1+ year of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter for the Ukrainian market β’ Upper-intermediate English or above (communication with native speakers or in a foreign environment is a plus; experience in business correspondence is a plus) β’ Deep understanding of the software development domain β’ Knowledge of various recruiting tools (with emphasis on candidate searches) β’ Good communication and negotiation skills β’ Constant personal and professional improvement, being a quick learner β’ Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, with excellent self-motivation β’ Analytical skills and keen attention to detail β’ Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks β’ Ability to meet deadlines
