Junior QA (Manual) Engineer (offline)

Required skills
- Experience 1+ year
— Basic knowledge about software development, software testing techniques and software development life cycle
— Expertise in reporting techniques using Google Docs
— Knowledge in using defect tracking tools like JIRA
— Should be flexible to research and learn new methodologies/techniques/skills to automate testing
— Good analytical skills
— Organized and strong attention to detail
— Fluency in English, both written and verbal
— Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and minimal supervision
— Creative problem-solving

Responsibilities
— Participate in brainstorming sessions related to business requirements with Project Managers
— Translate requirements into test cases
— Provide test estimates by keeping project timelines in mind
— Create test data as required
— Execute test cases and log defects in defect tracking tools
— Work closely with developers towards defect/issue resolutions
