Project Manager (offline)

Must-have skills:

• University degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar
• Not less than 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in project management as project manager, product owner or similar (in best case in automotive projects) with tools like JIRA.
• Good English and Russian skills

Nice to have:

• Skills in quality and security standards like ISO26262 or
ISO25119AgPL
• Experience as developer (hardware and embedded software – in best case in automotive projects with field bus systems CAN, LIN etc.)
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• High motivation to learn
• Team orientation and good communication skills
• Ready to business trips.

Requirements:

• Coordination of project teams consisting of hardware, software and test engineers;
• Requirements engineering and specification in cooperation with development teams and/or customer
• Management of complex, sometimes security-related development projects;
• System engineering depending on project;
• Management of technical discussions and decisions as well as organizational tasks;
• Project planning, management and tracking;
• In case it’s a customer specific development: running coordination processes and communication with the customer;
• Documentation of quality requirements depending on the project (e. g. ISO26262 project or not security-related project have different requirement to quality standards);
• Reporting to management.
