Account Manager (offline)

What you will need to do
— set up trusted relationships with users from a designated segment by making the first contact and keeping in touch with them
— maintain user info in the CRM
— communicate with users from a designated segment to find out their plans, pains and expectations
— provide recommendations to the users and upsell additional features and ad tactics
— collect and process user feedback

This is for you if you
— speak, read and write in English fluently
— have great communication and listening skills
— know how to work in CRM systems (e.g., Intercom, Hubspot, etc.)
— have understanding of eCommerce
— have basic knowledge of Facebook Ads
— have basic knowledge of Google Shopping Ads

it will be a plus if you
— have previously worked with eCommerce
