Affiliate Manager (Vietnam) (offline)

This position is based in Vietnam, the company covers accommodation and legal support.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle management of partners/webmasters (help with integration, setting up various metrics and launching an advertising campaign, promptly respond to webmaster requests);
Maintaining of the base of active affiliates and advise partners in order to increase profit indicators
Attracting and searching for partners/webmasters to join the affiliate program (agree on the terms of cooperation, find a common language and support the partner throughout the entire process)

Requirements:

English Upper-Intermediate is a must
Russian Upper-Intermediate is a must
Min. 1,5 year of experience as Affiliate manager/Media Buyer within CPA system is a must
Overall understanding of the affiliate marketing sphere (CR, ROI, KPI, other statistical traffic metrics)
High level of communication and problem-solving skills, initiative, goal-orientation
Ability and willingness to work with multitasking
