Project manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Project management of multidisciplinary projects involving HW, Embedded FW, SW and Mechanical design;
- Working close with technical management for initial planning involving breakdown to tasks, human resources allocation, budget allocation and building project Gantt;
- Monitoring tasks progress;
- Monitoring project expenses to keep projects in defined budget;
- Performing weekly reports to company’s management team in Israel;
- To act as a connecting link between company’s management in Israel and technical management and team members in Dnipro.

Requirements:
- Experience in management projects in HighTech/IT/Startup companies;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;
- Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities;
- Strong technical background;
- Engineering background in HW or embedded FW will be strong advantage;
- Experience in management multidisciplinary projects involving HW/Embedded FW/SW/Mechanics will be strong advantage;
- Experience in writing documents, reports, and presentations;
- Upper-Intermediate of English;
- Good writing skills;
- Independent thinking and decision-making ability.
