Senior Account Manager (offline)

Required skills:
β€” Work experience as an Account Manager or similar role
β€” Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
β€” Experience proposing and discussing client-focused solutions
β€” Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
β€” Advanced written and spoken English

Responsibilities:
β€” Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
β€” Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
β€” Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
β€” Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
β€” Prepare reports on account status
β€” Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
β€” Collaborate with the development and recruiter teams
