Game Development Manager (offline)

POSITION
As a manager you will be responsible for on-time delivery while keeping the team laser-focused on stakeholders' priorities. As a team-member you will collaborate with a talented group of creatives on a variety of exciting projects. As a leader you are responsible to facilitate your team to find the best solution.
You are a partner for multiple teams, an Agile Champion and a Planning Superstar.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Care about your teams
- Manage 3-5 projects of various sizes
- Learn clients' expectations, prepare scope, estimations and planning for each project
- Set and manage priorities based on client, team and company needs
- Ensure client and company expectations are met
- Establish and follow a transparent process, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, etc.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner and eliminate or mitigate risks
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Prepare and present reports on teams progress and milestones
- Own full responsibility for product delivery
- Set and achieve desired quality goals
- Hire world-class team members that fit our culture
- Onboard, coach, mentor, appraise and foster career growth for team members
- Follow Human Resources policies and procedures
- Take an active part in company professional activities

REQUIREMENTS
- Self-motivated
- 3+ years of experience in developing, leading, managing game projects
- Art and development teams management
- Requirements and dependencies elicitation and management
- Change management
- Quality management
- Experience with setting and achieving goals
- Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong time management on personal, team, project and program level
- Conflict management
- Facilitation and team collaboration skills

WILL BE A PLUS
- Passionate about games
- Agile certifications (SM, PO, etc.) and hands-on experience
- Project Management certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.)
- Game Design / Art Production / Programming experience
