About the Team
You’re going to drive a fully-fledged end-to-end delivery team (Product Owner, 2 Java Engineers, JS Engineer, and QA Automation Engineer). The team will be one of four agile teams comprising a dedicated delivery unit located in Kyiv (~ 30 people). Each of them is responsible for developing a specific product inside the enterprise ecosystem of our strategic partner.

Responsibilities:
You will be part of the senior core, driving the kick-off of our new product team. Your mission will be to establish the delivery process, support future team scaling and contribute to high standards of operational excellence set by the Architecture and Product teams.

Working on new features is the main focus
Discuss business and technical/architectural solutions
Analysis of mistakes and their fixing
Communicate with the customer
Required skills:

Core: Java 8+, spring boot, SQL, REST, JSON, GIT, Maven
At least 3 years of commercial experience in Java
CI/CD: AWS (IAM, S3, lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch)
Docker
Upper-intermediate English

As a plus:
Kubernetes
Terraform
