HR Generalist (offline)

Responsibilities
- Execute and improve main HR processes: onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and satisfaction, exit management;
- Execute recruitment activities;
- Work with PeopleForce HRM system: populate data and support implementation of its new modules in the company;
- Initialize and facilitate educational and team events;
- Track and suggest improvements to the motivational climate;
- Participate in local and global HR projects;
- Initialize mental health & employee wellbeing activities;
- Support changes in the organizational structure, etc.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a HR generalist;
- Responsible, result-oriented attitude;
- Ability to inspire teams;
- Responsibility and orientation on results, ability to work with versatile tasks in a changing environment;
- Mature and user-oriented approach;
- Intermediate English (both spoken and written)
