CPC Recruitment Specialist (offline)

Our team: SCC Team consist of 17+ members in different locations in Russia, Ukraine and Romania.
Technologies used: MS Excel as the main tool, MS PowerPoint, Luxoft Internal Systems.

Responsibilities
• Communication with pre-selected candidates, conducting basic HR screening.
• Providing support in arranging interviews for pre-selected candidates.
• Communicating with Hiring Manager in order to obtain the information required for extending the offer to the candidate – description of department/project, position, probation period, conditions of work, compensation package etc.
• Supporting hiring process – arranging Offer call or Offer meeting, creating and sending a offer letter to the candidate in corporate style, support with gathering the information needed for candidate’s registration in internal systems, following-up with hired candidates to ensure that they started working.
• Working with candidates tracking system and proving necessary reporting, when needed.

Skills
Must have

• Graduate with 1+ years of working experience in HR/Recruitment areas or PMO / Administrative positions, a background and knowledge of recruiting would be great.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
• Advanced knowledge of English (both verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Working experience in a large organization with a branch structure – nice-to-have.
