Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:
* 2+ years Project Management experience, ideally Web projects
* Ability to manage efficiently teams of 15+ people
* Product mindset
* Leadership and team motivation skills, decision making, problem-solving
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (advanced level)
* Critical thinking, proactive, forward-thinking nature
* Well organized, result-oriented

As a plus:
Technical background

Responsibilities:
* Maximizing the value of the resulting product through backlog prioritization, explaining backlog items, keeping backlog up to date
* Making sure the team understands the business goals and the task requirements
* Facilitating Scrum events
* Removing impediments for a development team
* Helping the team to understand the workflow and improve it
* Coaching the team members to be self-organized and cross-functional
* Managing client’s expectations
* Planning project execution.
