Test Lead (offline)

Job Description
6+ years of experience in testing
Understanding the ITSM process
Strong CMDB understanding, tracking a CI from inception
Deep theoretical knowledge of and significant practical experience in the related technology stack (e.g. testing types, levels, techniques, etc.)
Good understanding of software QA processes and methodologies/tools
Experience in defining testing strategy or parts of a test plan for components/parts of a project and implementing them in practice
Expert with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with testing Web applications, both front-end UI as well as back-end databases, application servers, and services
Strong written and verbal communication skills, upper-intermediate level English
Experience testing a solution with a number of integrations and process owners/integration owners to cooperate/coordinate with

Job Responsibilities
Analyze functional business requirements for completeness
Participate in Application design with the developers to come up with a thorough testing strategy for the feature
Prepare functional test plans
Create Test-Cases and Test-Suites based on Technical Requirements
Do testing for new and existing features in the application
Execute test scripts and identify variations from expected results
Create/track/retest software defects in the designated defect tracking tool
Work closely with development, QA and product management staff on test coverage
Participate in and provide input during QA process improvement initiatives
