UI/UX Designer (offline)

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience of UI/UX design (with an ability to provide a portfolio for review)
- Experience designing web applications and product or software interfaces
- Strong UX knowledge/experience and research skills.
- Ability to grow into a leadership role and build a design team with common standards for client interaction and documentation
- Ability to work on multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
- Have a proactive approach to work, enjoying solving challenging use-cases.
- Ability to communicate and express/defend ideas or strategy internally and with clients.
- English at intermediate or above level.
- Proficient with Figma and the Adobe package.

Nice to have:
- Understanding of 3D
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS

Responsibilities
- To take lead with given client projects and work autonomously or with the team.
- Understand and analyze client requirements (working closely with the project managers or clients directly)
- Using wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to present ideas.
- Creating design specifications and documentation.
- Building UI mockups and prototypes which show the desired design and functionality.
- Presentation of designs and ideas both internally and with clients.
- Design user interfaces for configurators and internal products.
- Review and improve interfaces
- Knowledge of adaptive & responsive design for mobile/web/tablet interfaces
