You should be... ●Fluent in English (excellent communication and writing skills) ●A self-starter with a passion to break through things and innovate ●A natural relationship builder (you can easily interact with the teams inside/outside VIS) ●Able to understand and empathize with customers’ requests before you start fixing things ●Able to explain complex systems in easy to understand concepts ●Comfortable writing customer-facing documentation (Knowledge Base help articles, FAQs) ●Prioritize your tasks and manage your time effectively ●Open to change and quick to adapt to new systems
Bonus points if you... ●Have the experience of doing customer support and are acquainted with Service Desk software (ZenDesk, Salesforce, etc) ●Grasp the basics of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and are familiar with Jira/Confluence
In this role, you will be responsible for: ●Responding to customers inquiries in accordance with SLAs ●Provide appropriate solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction ●Conducting case escalation ●Writing technical documentation and other self-help content ●Onboarding customers to accelerate their adaptation to the solutions we offer ●Optimizing our support process ●Improving internal documentation
