Junior Android QA Engineer (offline)

Job Description

1+ years of experience in software testing and/or test automation
Good experience with software testing methodologies and techniques
Experience in mobile testing using real devices and emulators
Experience in API testing
Experience in working with and creation of the software testing related documentation, including test plans, test cases and test reports
Android test automation
Knowledge of Operating Systems and network protocols
Good communication skills
Intermediate+ spoken and writing English
Python Programming skills
Experience working with Android Studio, emulators, ADB
Experience in CI tools
Experience in VCS
Experience in testing or integration of the embedded systems will be a major plus
Experience in testing/development Android-based systems will be a major plus
Experience Data traffic analyzers (Wireshark, Charles etc.)

Job Responsibilities

Manual and Automated testing of Android applications
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the manual and automated tests
Participate in defining new and extending existing test scenarios
Take part in the defining and improvement of the test strategy
Take part in manual and automated tests execution
Participate in analysis and troubleshooting of the complex software/hardware issues
Create sophisticated test reports and report to the stakeholders
Cooperate with other teams worldwide to follow up product development
