Description

On behalf of Moon Active, Ciklum is looking for Delivery Manager to join Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the Universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv, Israel and Kyiv, Ukraine; two mobile game capitals of the world.

As a Delivery Manager, you will build and lead agile concepts and methodologies while guiding an amazing team of energized, brilliant and creative engineers and work on unique challenges of scale and performance while keeping a fast pace of deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the Infrastructure Kyiv team deliverables
- Plan and execute product releases
- Run a Scrum team
- Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress
- Facilitate Scrum events
- Be involved in the day to day release and production activities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project manager
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle
- Strong proven experience with Scrum
- Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Fluent in English
