Mobile Application Developer (offline)

Developer’s level: Strong Middle, Senior
Location: remote or office

Skills and Qualifications:
Several years of experience in a similar position
Profound know-how in the native development of mobile apps for iOS and Android
Profound know-how in using common native mobile app programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift)
Profound know-how in the use of modern web technologies (REST, HTTP, WebSocket) and development methods
Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (especially Bluetooth Low Energy)
Experience with version management tools (GIT, SVN) is advantageous
English language spoken and written
University degree in electronics, software engineering or computer science or several years of experience in a comparable position


As a plus:
Experience in ServiceNow
Project management/leading experience
German language

Main Responsibilities
Digitization of the FIT ecosystem and its continuous development
Establishment and continuous development of mobile applications for manufacturers, dealers and end customers
o Android Smartphone Apps
o Android Smartwatch Apps
o iOS iPhone Apps
o iOS Apple Watch Apps
Definition of interfaces for the communication between different systems
Implementation of Wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth LE)
Consuming Data through APIs
Data Visualization
In-App Sales
Integration of third-party systems (e.g. APIs to suppliers, OEM, insurance companies, service provider
