You will work on projects for clients across the world and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and users’ problems and provide iterative designs based on user workflow, expectations, experience, and business needs. Present and communicate UX/UI solutions while clearly articulating the design rationale. On the other hand, you will learn our design methodologies and support teammates with the delivery of projects with a different level of complexity without extra-supervision.

YOU ARE

The candidate who has

Master's degree or higher in Design related field (desirable)
Portfolio of design capabilities
At least 3 years of IT industry experience
At least 6 years in user experience and interaction design
Experience in working in agile environments and methods
Solid knowledge of or ability to learn software tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Creative Suite, Miro)
Self-motivation, analytical thinking and able to make logical decisions
Knowledge of digital trends and digital experiences
Understanding of modern front-end technologies (desirable)
Knowledge of modern UI design approaches for Desktop, Web, Mobile and emerging platforms
Natural curiosity
Fast learner thrives with strong colleagues
Passion about solving problems
Thirst for knowledge and learning
Outcome orientation
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Multi-tasking and effectiveness skills

Design User Interface for Web, Desktop and Mobile Apps
Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and marketers to design applications
Be attentive to detail, architectural on approach to web design
Create and maintain design assets for existing applications
Assist in testing and identifying bugs and glitches
Maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistent representation of the client's brand across each individual device and application
Define color palette for new application
Prepare compatible images, sources or guidelines for development team
Understand how to make something both beautiful and insanely functional
Comfortable working alongside creative and non-creative types; communicating your vision and understanding limitations
Sketch or draw to communicate complex visual ideas quickly
Provide project scoping, planning and estimation
Keep visibility of project activities
Produce high-quality visual designs—from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions (icons, graphics, and marketing materials)
Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of approaching (and solving) a problem
