Middle Business Analyst/Project Manager (offline)

WE BUILD
The Client is a USA based leader in the logistic service provider. It relies on a network of carrier partners to provide capacity and our task is to develop Web application to work with agents, shippers, carriers etc. The position will require a lot of negotiations with USA Leads directly, took part in agile meetings(standups, sizing).

BEING PART OF THE TEAM
2+ years of project management experience on medium-size projects with the average monthly workload in the range from 7+ people.
The position will require a lot of negotiations with USA client directly, took part in agile meetings(standups, sizing etc.) Software and project management process knowledge:
Knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process;
Has theoretical knowledge about project management standards and practices, able to perform project manager's activities Execution, Monitoring project phases.
Project management tools, techniques:
Jira (or relevant systems) - able to configure workflows, access, board settings;
Office package;
Agile related certifications or training.

POWER YOU BRING
Work under the supervision of Senior BA, Senior PM;
Communication with the team;
Resolving/escalating team’s blockers;
Reporting to clients and end users regarding the progress of projects;
Scope change requests management;
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks;
English level - Upper-Intermediate (preferably Fluent).
