Intern (Copywriter/Internal Communications) (offline)

What will you do as part of the Employee Experience team at Miratech:

- Preparation, review, edit, proofread, coordinate and distribute internal communications (all written materials destined for the company’ employees) via appropriate channels and various types of engaging content, including weekly corporate digest, newsletters, web-posters, articles, surveys, training guides, manuals, instructions and presentations;
- Generate multimedia, including publications, infographics, photo and video content, quizzes, contests through emails, Workplace by Facebook (internal social media), Workplace Chat, etc., as needed;
- Involved in working with the Employee Experience team, project teams, managers, and graphic designer to plan, develop, and implement communication plans for all internal corporate processes;
- Generating ideas on how to develop internal communication channels, participating in team sessions, finding stories for news, writing creative friendly headlines, texts and other content activities to increase activity in the internal social network;
- Support and development of tone of voice in the company;
- Maintaining a thematic plan;
- Organize high-quality implementation of technical requirements following deadlines;
- Assist with special projects as needed for staff and managers such as corporate events;
- Other duties as directed.

You will have:

- Mentor during your internship;
- Comfort and flexibility working over distance with teams distributed across Miratech locations;
- Working from Home and Flexible schedule by agreement (four hours a day or 20 hours a week);

Qualifications
We are ready to hire you if you have:

- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tell a clear and compelling corporate story through different communications channels and tools.

What is very important to us?

- You have a high level of literacy and editing speed;
- You have fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English (both written and spoken);
- You are a 4-5 Year University student, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or you are already a graduate;
- You already have minimal experience in a similar position up to 1 year;
- You want to develop in the creation of targeted content, maintain a consistent style and key messages;
- You are interested in texts, trends in communications, you are an active user of social networks;
- You are ambitious person and want to develop in employee experience, communications, copywriting and marketing in the IT industry.

These tech skills will be a big plus:

- Basic knowledge and skills with tools (graphic and video editors, HTML);
- Good level of work with MS Office;
- Basic understanding of design and SMM principles;
- Basic writing and business communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of intranet engagement, communications fundamentals, and strategic best-practices for communications, reader engagement, and user experience;
- Basic level of delivering email communications using Outlook distribution lists;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, or similar collaboration ecosystems;
- Understanding trends and types of content for the IT industry;
- Certificates of passing profile courses.
