Sales Manager (offline)

Role: Ensure the space is always full.

Responsibilities:
*Build network of real estate agents and work closely with them to close the deals.
*Respond to all customer queries prior and during the viewing.
*Deliver introductory tours of the space and based on the customers needs define the most appropriate offer.
*ABC: always be closing: sign the deal and pass the resident on to the Community Manager.

Requirements:
*BA/MA degree.
*3+ years of experience in sales (ideally in real estate or tech).
*Strong entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills.
*Solid understanding and genuine interest in tech scene.
*English: Upper Intermediate+.
