Job Description

- Create job descriptions based on the business requirements
- Publish job ads on social media channels and relevant job boards
- Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates
- Process job applications
- Administer tests, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate

Qualifications

- Knowledge of recruiting practices, processes and methods
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Very active and results-oriented
- Great communication skills and knowledge of social behavior
- Passion for recruiting
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Positive and result-oriented attitude
- Ability to work with several tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
