IT Project Manager (offline)
Candidate requirements:
1 year of experience as IT Project Manager.
Working intermediate English (writing, reading, spoken).
Experience in managing e-commerce projects.
Theoretical knowledge and some practical experience in traditional (PMI, Waterfall, etc.) and Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, XP, etc.) project management methodologies.
Will be a plus:
Experience in managing Drupal & Magento projects.
Good analytical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, ability to balance the desires and capabilities of the technical team.
Self-organization and quick learning. Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Ability to convey the task to all team members and monitor its implementation.
Responsibilities:
Participate in planning, scoping, and monitoring of quality at all phases of the project.
Setting and tracking tasks, prioritizing tasks, distributing tasks within a dedicated development team, delegating tasks to other departments.
Experience in drawing up a project plan (roadmap), risk analysis, project reporting, writing project documentation.
Participate in planning, scoping, and monitoring of quality at all phases of the project.
