Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:
— At least 1 year of experience in project management
— Understanding of software development life cycle management
— English skills at least upper-intermediate (verbal and written)
— Excellent communication skills
— Perfect time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— Ability to work with requirements, scoping and prioritization skills
— Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities
— Manage software development teams in order to deliver projects within the scope, schedule, and budget
— Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables with all the stakeholders
— Supporting pre-sales activities, coordinating estimations and early-stage communication with prospects/clients
— Create and maintain project management documentation and revise as appropriate
— Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
— Prepare external and internal reports
